The Church in the near future is under siege from a world hostile to religion and in particular the Catholic Church. Three priests, a Jesuit, Dominican and Franciscan, find themselves on the frontlines of war between the Church and demonic powers led by a secretive and powerful organization called the Lumen Corporation. The priests on the cover are depicted in full battle gear ready to take on the forces of darkness; Michael, the Jesuit and ex-mercenary, Gabriel, a Japanese Dominican priest and martial artist with a Christian samurai heritage and Raphael, a Franciscan doctor and priest. The book is entirely fictional but it is a treasure trove for Catholic beliefs, tradition and culture.
